Kauthen and Olga Kauthen (Oberg); his wife JoAnne Smith; his children, Kim Green (Randy) of Durand, Lisa McKarnen of Flint and Cheryl Adams (Dave) of Fenton; his grandchildren, Ashley Hart (Bryan) of Hale, Amber Sweet of Flint, Brandy Davis (John) of Durand, Shawn Chapman (Justin) of Durand, Tara Arms (Jeffrey) of Mt. Morris, Travis McKarnen of Flint, Dustin Adams (Whitney) of Madison Heights and Caitlyn Niewiadomski (Nick) of Fenton; and his daughter Kelly Sweet. He was also cherished by his 13 great-grandchildren, and many friends.
