She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Albert and Pearl Elizabeth Reiss (Zilliox); and her daughter Deadre Nemec. She is survived by: her children, Rick Barnes (Carol) of Hale, Gary Barnes (Kim) of Whittemore, Kristina Rider (Brian) of St. Augustine and Carrie Shaffer (Don) of East Tawas, Michigan; her son-in-law Ken Nemec; her grandchildren, Teresa Fulk (Kris), Dale Nemec (Stephanie), Aaron Barnes (Stephanie), Anesia Shaffer, Jonathan Rider and Benjamin Rider; her great grandchildren, Owen Fulk, Olivia Fulk, Francesca Nemec, Dale Nemec, Jr., Connor Tomlinson, Xander Barnes, Logan Nichols and Donald Nichols; and her sister Shirley DeShano. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Maryann may be directed to Hale Creek Manor or St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
