He is survived by: his children, Chrissy (Jason), Jason (Trish), Duane and Adam; his grandchildren, Brandon (Mia), Riley, Bryant, Austin, Nicholas, Bret and Ashton; his siblings, Denise (Kris), Stephen (Starr), David (Gail), Ronald (Shelly) and Paul (Keri); and his wife Vicky.
