Service Location Hale United Methodist Church Services Funeral services will be on Friday October 2, 2015 at the Hale United Methodist Church, 201 W. Main Street. Services will be officiated by Pastor Patrick England. Obituary Notice Linda Kay Jacobs, age 69, of Hale, Michigan passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015. Linda was born on September 2, 1946 in Pontiac to George and Genevia Babcock and grew up with brother Roger and parents in Lake Orion, Michigan.

Linda was a member of the Pioneer Club from AT&T, and retired from AT&T after 28 years of service. She was a member of the VFW ladies auxiliary, VVA auxiliary, American Legion auxiliary and Hale United Methodist Church Women"s Club member. She was also a Girl Scout leader and active in many children"s organizations. She loved to sew, read, putting together jigsaw puzzles, and traveling all over the country with her husband and daughter.

She is survived by her husband; Robert Jacobs, daughter, Shanna Jacobs and brother, Roger Babcock. Arrangements were made by the Buresh Funeral Homes Hale Chapel. Memorials Memorial contributions may be made to Hale United Methodist Church youth group. Cemetery Great Lakes National Cemetery
