She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel "Clyde" McDaniel and Bobbie McDaniel (Love); her former husband Jack E. Umfress; and her siblings, Ruby Pope, Sylvia Williams, Betty Jo McDaniel, Jean Keck, Wayne McDaniel, Barbara Spare, Faye Kurtz, Dean McDaniel and Sue Hodge.
She is survived by: her husband Art; her children, Randy Umfress (Rena), Kathy McCammon, Michael Umfress and Doug Umfress (Linda); and her stepchildren, Marge Lane (Larry), Erick Spanding, James Spanding and Chris Spanding. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Bacarella Funeral Home (1201 S Telegraph Rd, Monroe, MI 48161).
