She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Merlin and Minnie Mae Wells (Stanlake); and her sisters, Barbara Matejcek and Jean Gregg. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Pete Gregg (Marie Schaefer) and Carrie Mae Gregg; her granddaughters, Claudia Zelda-Mae and Cora Jean; and her sister Carol Anslow.
Jackie would have wanted any donations/contributions made to the American Kidney Fund.
