He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Provoast of Hale; his sons, Russell Provoast of Saginaw and Tom Provoast (Corinne) of Midland, MI; his grandchildren, Virginia, Trent and Claire; his sister Linda Brown (Bob) of Prescott, MI; his niece Tiffany Brown of Prescott; and his pets, Smokey and Cocoa.
