She is survived by: her mother Mildred Turland (Egon); her husband Donald Bates; her daughters, Diana Kendall (Tim) and Daisy Bates; her siblings, Robert Turland, Ron Turland (Hazel), Dan Turland (Debbie), Dennis Turland (Karen), Dale Turland (Cathy), Lucielle Lauria (Jack), Lois Harvey (Bob) and Hazel Burr (Marty); and her grandchildren, Torrey Bates and Cheyenne Rehfeldt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
