He was predeceased by: his daughter Anessa Smith. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann McCahill; his wife Ann Smith of Hale; his children, Nadine Bosley (Dale) of Birch Run, Martin Smith (Rena) of West Branch and Kevin Smith (Patricia) of West Branch; and his stepchildren, Jennifer Halfman (Bradley) of Mesa, AZ, Elizabeth Eaves (Brian) of Birch Run, Janet Gillock (Parker) of Independence, VA and Sam Irwin of Hamilton, Ontario. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
