He is survived by: his wife Janice Chappell (Davy); his children, Cathy Longley (Denny), Sharon Lavere, Timothy Chappell, Chris Trevarrow, Sheryl Trevarrow (Troy), Todd Trevarrow (Monique), Meme Cumby, Jamin Trevarrow (Amy) and Jason Trevarrow; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Harrington (Melissa), Derrick Young (Christine), Brandon Lavere, Edward Lavere, Dennis Longley (Trisha), Edward Cumby (Mandy) and Amber Hall (Jeff). He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
