He is survived by: his mother Rachel Hall (Canter); his wife Helen Hall (Campbell); his children, Cody Hall, Skye Bolsby (Dan) and Brandon Hall; his stepchildren, Buddy, Christine, Melissa and David; and his grandchildren, Jack, Ember Bolsby, Kaitlynn, Ethen, Harpper, Annalese, Payton, Sage and Ezra. He is also survived by 5 brothers.
