Dave Pink wrote a sympathy message

“I grew up next door to him in Detroit Mi. My family moved away in 1957. I lost track of Carl till 1973. He was a Detroit policeman. I didn't know he was in the air force as was I. We both went to nam. I Googled his name and it brought this up. Rest in peace my friend may we meet again.”
