He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Carter and Ruth Carter; his brothers, Gordan and Terry Carter; and his son Warren Allen Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Carter (Dee) of Gwinn and Crystal Johnson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Mastin, Madeline, Sam, Scott, Nathan and Jemma; and his brothers, Bruce Carter (Anita), Dennis Carter (Mary) and Fred Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
