He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatius Nowaczyk and Lucille Nowaczyk (Nowak); his son Richard 'Scooter Nowaczyk; and his brother Thomas Nowaczyk. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Nowaczyk (Conley); his children, Kristin Askelson of Louisiana, Jon (Kaye) of Alabama and Mike (Hannah Erickson) of Gwinn; and his grandchildren, James Askelson, Isaac Perez, Chelsea, Jon C. Nowaczyk, Abigale and Eston Newkirk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Forsyth Township Public Library in Dick's memory.
