He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jacobson and Emma Jacobson (Bodenus); his former wife Betty Jacobson (LaBresh); his siblings, Agnus Setter, Leonard and Earnest Jacobson; his stepdaughter Tracy Hytinen; and his children-in-law, Gary Pyykkonen and Laura Jacobson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty LaBresh; and his children, Debi Pfluger (Jim) of Marquette, Diane Christenson (Pat) of Gwinn, Danny Jacobson of Gwinn, Doug Jacobson (Adele) of Little Lake, Donna Brandt (Robin) of Elk Lake, WI and Shelly Howell (Frank) of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
