He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Earnest and Nellie Pearl Henshaw (Jenkins); and his siblings, Floetta Hill (late Jesse), Charles, Dean (late Mary), Vonnie and Carl Henshaw (late Mary).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rae Johnson; his children, Sheila Henshaw of Marquette, Vicki Henshaw of Marquette, DeWayne Henshaw of Louisville, KY and Tiffany Marr (Terry) of St. Louis, MI; his grandchildren, Matthew Wittler (Lauren), Jeremy Wittler, Bryan Wittler, Jesse Henshaw, Darien Henshaw and Joshua Marr; his great grandchildren, Kennisen, Ellary, Monroe, Hayze, Rileigh, Jaden, Pyper and Rowan; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Henshaw of Manteno, IL and Dolores Gregg (Romaine) of Peotone, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was instrumental in founding the Jacobetti Home for Veterans Charity Golf Outing which has raised thousands of dollars for the Jacobetti Member Assistance Fund over the last 24 years.
