He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Garrow (Kaye) of Harvey, Clyde Garrow (Peggy) of Harvey, Charles Garrow (Jane) of Harvey, Pauline Kivi (Jerry) of Harvey, Peter Garrow (Jennifer) of Manchester, NH and Lyle Garrow (Donna) of Epping, NH; and his brother-in-law Arthur Melanson of Harvey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
