It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan George Sivula of Gwinn, Michigan, born in Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sivula and Aileen Sivula (Maatta); his brother Jack Sivula; his parents-in-law, Donald and Luella Lahnanen; and his brothers-in-law, Jack and Jim Lahnanen.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sivula (Lahnanen); his children, Janet Ringuette (Lee) and Michael Sivula; his sister Christine Prusi (Eric); his stepgrandchildren, Nolan and Emma Ringuette; and his godson Eric Koski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
