He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Upton and Mildred Upton (Clickner); his siblings, Ronald Upton and Shirley Sawyer; and his son-in-law Danny Berendt.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Upton (North); his children, Kristin Berendt of Gulliver, MI and Michael Upton (Erthel) of Manistique, MI; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Laura, Cierra Upton and Nicholas Berendt. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Bob's honor may be directed to the family for future designation.
