She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Uramkin and Helen Jancovich; and her daughter Marcia Baxa. She is survived by: her husband Steve Baxa; her children, Mark Baxa (Becky), John Baxa (Caroline), Sheri Ciliak (Joseph) and Douglas Baxa; her grandsons, Timothy, Michael, Joseph, Nicholas and Tyler; her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Leighton, Andrew, Olivia, Margaret, Joseph, Dakota and Emma; and her brother Steve Uramkin (Diane).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Divine Infant of Prague's building and maintenance fund.
