He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wilcox and Pearl Wilcox (Lupton); his wife Diane "Buggy" Jean LaRose; his sister Lucille Baldwin; his daughter Leanne; and his son-in-law Don Dexter.
He is survived by: his children, Frank "Buck" Wilcox (Sharrin) of Lusby, MD and Teanna "Tooter" Wilcox of Gulliver; his grandchildren, Cynthia, Zeke, Christopher, Diane, Frank and Jesse; and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Seth, Cheyanne, Angelina, Sophia, Austin, Julie, Frank and Moyra.
Memorial contributions in Frank's name may be directed to the family for future designation.
