With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wolfgang Franz Meinrad Maennle in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 26, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Abraham. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughter Christina (David Woodard); his daughter-in-law Sara Maennle; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Gabriel, Charlotte, Lucia Woodard, Luke and Isabelle Maennle. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic Church (1401 Whittier Rd, Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Capuchins, Detroit, Michigan are preferred.
