He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Shepard and Agnes Shepard; his wife Karen; his children, Bill (Sara), Michael (Sharon) and Stephanie (Kushtrim); and his grandchildren, Nash, Scarlett, Ava, Anna, James and Benjamin.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (20338 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236).
To honor William and his love for animals, as well as his battle with dementia, the family welcomes donations to the Michigan Humane Society and Alzheimer's Association.
