He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Charles Quinlan Sr. and Ellen Quinlan; and his brother David Frank Quinlan. He is survived by: his wife Marie Quinlan; and his son William Charles Quinlan III.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home (20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Paul (157 Lake Shore Rd, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
