He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Watkins and Leona Watkins; and his siblings, Ellis, Ernie, Arlene, Carroll and Ricky.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Watkins; his children, Rachel Baker (Mike), Bradford Watkins (Melissa), Candace Wall (Ryan) and Elizabeth DeGuvera (Jared); and his grandchildren, Aaron, Sydney, Carlie, Wyatt and Lucy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
