He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Heiss and Thelma Heiss. He is survived by: his wife Sheryll Ann; his sons, Steven Heiss (Kim) and David Heiss (Margaret); and his grandchildren, Robert, Leah and Luc.
The lying in state was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (20338 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
