He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Viviano and Mary Viviano; and his brothers, Anthony and Philip. He is survived by: his wife Charleen DeBuck; his children, Salvatore M. Viviano (Violeta), Maria J. Parker (Daniel), Alicia Viviano Mandeville and Elena Viviano Hunt; his grandchildren, Ray Viviano (Lauren), Arielle Viviano Sheard (Glenn), Peter J. Hunt and Theron J. Mandeville; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine Viviano and Clarence Cusmano. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
