She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon McCormick and Margaret McCormick (Black); her grandchildren, Dylan Marquis and Maggie Marquis; and her sisters, Jeannette Dickerson and Dorothy Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Marquis of Waterford Twp, Jacqueline Doerr (Robert), Timothy Marquis (Kim) of Chesterfield and Brian Marquis (Michelle) of Commerce Twp; her grandchildren, Cassandra Marquis, Rebecca Vinson, Steven Marquis, Joseph Marquis, Elizabeth Marquis, Brendan Marquis, Bryson Marquis, Zachary Doerr, Cecilia Doerr and Alexander Doerr; and her sister Jane Reifel of Bellevue, Washington.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ah Peters Funeral Home (20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
