He is survived by: his aunt Debbie Schaller; his parents, Tracy Stephens and Susan Stephens; his grandmother Dolores Stephens; his uncle Ted Stephens (Aunt Mel); his aunt Jill Zdral (Uncle Ken); his cousins, Kaitlyn Jafano (Garrett), Raychel Lanyon (Brandon), Jim Apostolos (Rachel), Jason Apostolos (Candi), Audrene Apostolos, Megan Zdral, Nick Zdral, Ian Zdral and Lisa Hussain; and his close friend Diane Sample (Rod Triplett). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
