He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Suzanne Cook; his brother Jeffrey Cook; and his parents, William and Virginia. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Carol Jones and Steven Jones (Jane); his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Steven Jr. (Marlana) and Sarah Beuhler (George); his great grandchildren, Abigail and Charlotte; and his nieces, Laura Scott and Sarah Cook. He is also survived by his family and friends.
