With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francis Sosnowski (Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Francis had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Francis may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sosnowski and Ann Sosnowski; and his wife Rose Marie. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Sosnowski and Mark Sosnowski (Mandy); his brother Thomas (Terry); and his granddaughters, Emily and Isabelle.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home (20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
