He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ellis and Cecelia Ellis (Reyes). He is survived by: his sons, Albert Ellis (Carmie) and Andrew Ellis (Sarah); his grandchildren, Cecelia, Anastasia, Francesca and Sebastian Ellis; and his sisters, Cynthia Andrews (John), Patricia Ellis (Richard Strowger) and Sandra Langan (Matthew). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully requests donations to the Albert J. Ellis Fund at MIU Men's Health Foundation to support men's health awareness and screenings to help save lives.
