It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Albert Prokop (Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Prokop and Stanley C. Prokop. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Nowicki; his children, Adam, Emily and Max; his grandsons, Teddy, George Stanley, Gabriel and Elliott; his son-in-law Adam; and his nephew David Nowicki.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (15020 Hampton St, Grosse Pointe Park, MI 48230). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
