With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Anthony Ternes (Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 16, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Elenore Ternes; his children, Elizabeth Dugan and James Benoit; and his former wife Barbara Ann Ternes. He is survived by: his children, MaryAnn Kelly, John Ternes (Debora), Jeanne McGregor, Suzanne McKenna (Seamus), Camille Sand (Daniel), Mary Bamford (Michael), Charles Benoit (Roxanne), Jeffory Benoit (Cyndi) and Bruce Benoit.
