It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paulette J. Lavins of Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan, born in Nemacolin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dolores Lavins. She is survived by: her father Paul Lavins; her husband Daniel Sullivan; her children, Lauren Sullivan (Ryan Williams), Rachel Smith (Charles) and Spencer Sullivan (Katie); her sisters, Laurie and Cathyanne; and also Pediatrics.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
