He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Mary Ann; and his wife Colleen Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann (Jim Gardiner), Patrick Jr. (Elisabeth) and Colleen (David Thill); his grandchildren, Kathleen (Joseph Anderson), Colleen (Bryan Sanborn), Sarah, Kyle, Kathryn, Emily, Joey and Patrick; his sisters, Joyce Doyle and Sally Ballelli; and his sisters-in-law, Angela Weaver and Terri Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.
