Kerstetter (Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan), born in Auburn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2024 at the age of 45. He was predeceased by: his daughter Reagan Murray. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his sons, August and Daniel; his stepdaughter Taylor Rivers; his parents, Kathryn O'Neill and George Kerstetter (Jean); and his siblings, Fritz Middleton (Laura), Annie Minnoe (Scott), George Jr. (Brandy), Jenny Fruehauf, Mary Oliver, Timmy (Bradley Thurston) and Billy (Nicole).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Fallen Trooper Memorial.
