It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael D. Kmetz of Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kmetz and Dolores Kmetz; his wife Betsy Kmetz (Berriman); his pets, Otis and Bailey; and his brothers, Edward Jr. and Steven.
He is survived by: his children, Michael, Eric (Natasha), Bridget Rock (Michael), Brian (Jessica) and Christopher (Amber); his grandchildren, Makayla, Quinn, Wyatt, Elliott and Amelia; his pet Ella; and his siblings, Robert, David and Cynthia Campbell (Jim). He is also survived by many other friends and family members.
