She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Elizabeth Sloan and Arthur Elizabeth; her husband John Blondin; her brother Dan Sloan (Lana); her daughter Maureen Brady (Kevin); and her granddaughter Clare Walsh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Blondin (Ali), Brigid Gentile (Tim), Katy Walsh (Chris) and Meg Leonard (Billy); her grandchildren, Tory (Tori), Chasen (Katharine), Tevyn Gentile (Megan), Jesse (Lindsay), Abbey (Pat), Benjamin, Matthew, Emilie Haji-Sheikh, Molly, Annie Walsh, Kathryn, William, Elisabeth and Jack Leonard; her great grandchild Palmer Gentile; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Blondin-Stone (Bill), Pam Blondin Lenhard (Harry), Bette Blondin and Sue Blondin (James). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
