Henry Ubik Obituary

He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Ubik; his parents, Thomas Ubik and Helen Ubik; and his godson David Hollman. He is survived by: his wife Sally Tuma; his daughter Emily; his brother James; his sister-in-law Vicki Tuma; his niece Alison McRae (James); his nephew Andrew Tuma (Amanda); and also David Bafumo. He is also survived by two great-nieces and many cousins.
