He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Morreale and Maria Morreale; and his sisters, Vincenza Cacciatore and Lila Morreale. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Victoria Strickler (David), Stephanie Morreale (Brent Wiersema) and John Morreale (Mary); his grandchildren, Isabella, William, Henry Strickler, Nathalie, Luke Wiersema, Olivia and Gabriel Morreale; and his nieces and nephews, Federica, Christiana, Luigi Cacciatore, Vincenzo and Maria Laura Morreale.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wayne County Medical Society.
