He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Matthew (Maria), Rayne (Dani), Andrew (Ellen) and Rachel; his grandsons, Robert, John and Andrew; his siblings, Bonita Banks (John) and Terence (Linda); and his pets, Tia, Yumi and Matthew. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, remaining family and friends.
