He was predeceased by: his brother James Balcirak; and his parents, Clara Balcirak (Rider) and Frank Balcirak. He is survived by: his wife Barbette Balcirak (Firth); his sister Janice Lanning (Tom); his children, Daneen Balcirak, David Balcirak (Christine) and Dean Balcirak II (Susan); and his grandchildren, Connor Herlihy, Mackensie Balcirak, Dean Balcirak III, Stephen Balcirak and Samuel Balcirak. He is also survived by father and grandfather.
