“My earliest remembrance of Bill Paul is that he led a thrashing of my 8th grade basketball team from Grandview. I was a classmate at Rockport High School where his academic and leadership skills were on early display. He somehow arranged for Indiana Governor George Craig to come all the way to the state's farthest southern city to give a commencement address to a total of 55 graduates. The yearbook successfully predicted he would become a fraternity president at IU. Condolences to the family”
