Stuart G. Dow Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 82, Stuart G. Dow of Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stuart G. Dow to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Dow and Mary Louise Dow; his wife Therese O'Sullivan; and his siblings, Bryden, Patricia Ashurkoff and Caroline Dykhouse.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Reimers (John) of Los Angeles and Laura Coon (Zac) of Plymouth; and his brother Peter. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Beyond his contribution to the community through soccer, Stu was a beloved member of The Witenagemote, a men's literary society, as well as a dedicated director of several local organizations, including the Library Foundation, the Family Center, and Beyond Basics (a Detroit non-profit committed to increasing literacy for all children).
