He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. and Margaret (Ulrich). He is survived by: his children, Donald Maxwell III of Joseph Sierzenga, IV and Jaimi Elizabeth Kenyon (Sean); his father-in-law Keith Witmer; his siblings, Thomas (Katie), Paul (Maggie), Mary Anne, David (Colleen) and Mark (Jill); his mother-in-law Natalie Witmer; his sister-in-law Dianne Phillips (Kathy Kowalski); his former wife Marcia; and his wife Elizabeth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
