She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Latta and Helena Latta; her siblings, Laurence, Edmund, Helen, Eddie, Sophia, Mary and Wanda; and her husband Stewart G. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. S. Gregory (Martha Smith), Dr. Patrick (Karen Smith), Paul Smith of Los Angeles, CA, Alison Hurley (late James Hurley) of Scottsdale, Arizona, Alisa (Steve Lyons) and Glenn (Marie Smith); her grandchildren, Ryan, Brett, Matt, Kyle, Kelly, Holly, Tracy, Shelby, Samantha, Jack, Casey, Suzanne and Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Fritz, Lola and Milo. She is also survived by married in 1952 and had six children.
