He is survived by: his wife Karen Perkowski (Cieszlak) of Grosse Ile, MI; his sister Linda Kostoff (Perkowski) of Grosse Ile, MI; his children, Jeffrey Perkowski (Sarah) of Big Rapids, MI, Emily Perkowski of Grosse Ile, MI, Stephanie Armendariz (Robert) of Chicago, IL and Jillian Riedel (Ross) of Trenton, MI; and his grandchildren, Evelynn Riedel, Savannah Riedel, Henry Perkowski and Mateo Armendariz. He is also survived by numerous in-laws as well as several nieces and nephews.
