She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Tuinier; her great grandchild Jaiden; and her brother Tom Ottenbaker. She is survived by: her children, Jim Tuinier (Jodi), Bill Tuinier (Sue), Joy Bonamici and Jerry Tuinier (Kris); her grandchildren, Brittany, Kyle, Courtney, Rebecca, Maddie, Jennifer, Christine and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Chandler and Riley; and her sister Margaret Alexander.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Nancy may be made to the American Stroke Association.
