She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Richard Brow; her children, Richard Brow (Erica) and Alisha Brow; her siblings, Lucille Aguayo and Shirley Headley; and her sister-in-law Sharron Mantas (George). She was also cherished by her parents and husband, and "Dottie" to her adoring sister, nieces, and nephews.
